for clients who don’t host with us or hosting clients* who need extra support
Maintenance
backups & updates- monthly backup
- monthly updates for WordPress, theme, and plugins
- data processing agreement available
MaintenancE+
includes support- backups and updates bi-weekly
- issue resolving in case your website runs into any issues, such as plugin conflicts, display errors, and the like (limited to one hour per month)
Maintenance++
includes content support- Maintenance+ package
- content creation support, e. g. publishing blog posts, creating visuals, updating social media profiles (limited to one hour per month)
*) Please note: If you already host with us but need content support beyond the 60 minutes as specified in your hosting plan, feel free to top up with either the Maintenance+ or Maintenance++ packages. To account for the support included with your main hosting package, I will add 15 minutes of content support to the Maintenance+ package and 30 minutes to the Maintenance++ package, free of charge. Feel free to get in touch if you are unsure of how it would add up with different options.
How to order
Simply click the “Order now” button under the plan you wish to sign up for. If you are unsure which plan is for you, we can talk about that, too. In this case, we would kindly ask you to pick a time slot that suits your schedule from Tanya’s Calend.ly page.
You can cancel, up-, or downgrade your maintenance plan at any time for the following billing period. If you no longer need our services and cancel your maintenance plan, please remember that we will not keep any backup files or other work files unless you are hosting with us.
