WHY SHOULD I HOST WITH MRS DIVI?
You might ask yourself, why you shouldn’t host with a more popular host. And that is a good question. The answer is simple: Because I am a reseller hoster with one of Europe’s leading hosters, Alfahosting.
They have been in business since 1999 and have since won multiple awards. I started hosting my own website with them in 2007 and became a reseller partner in 2012.
One of the main reasons why I love working with their solutions is the fact they are super responsive, extremely reliable, and, most of all, they run their servers on renewable energies while deploying state of the art tech and security.
And while it would be a bit cheaper to host with Alfahosting directly or most other big hosters, the complete package you get from me saves you quite an amount of money over time. Plus, you will never have to deal with the tech side of your hosting. Just enjoy a website that works and emails that are delivered reliably.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you will be forwarded to a questionnaire. Here, I will collect the data I need to register or transfer your domain, as well as some basic info to set up your hosting account, such as the email address(es) you wish to use.
After we’ve successfully registered your domain, you will receive another questionnaire to walk you through the content I need for your website and preferences regarding the design.
Depending on how fast you send me all your information, we can have your website up and running in no more than 48 to 72 hours.
What does a basic website look like?
The basic website bases on premade layouts. You will be able to chose from a selection of templates that we will then fill with your content. Of course, we can change colors and fonts to personalize your website further.
If you need any customization beyond this point or if you want a custom made website, we can talk about that, too. But then we also need to talk about money.

CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. If you wish to do so, simply get in touch and I’ll walk you through the process. If you wish to downgrade your plan, you can do so before the end of your billing cycle. In this case, too, please get in touch.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HIT DATA LIMITS?
In that case, I’d congratulate you because it would mean that you and your business are doing well! Nothing really bad can happen. You will be notified in due time before your inbox is full. You can then either delete old emails you no longer need, have me increase your quota, or you can easily upgrade your package at any time.
As for disk space, I monitor that closely to avoid problems. So far, no website on my servers has come even close to reaching storage limits.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
If you selected the annual plan, you will receive your first invoice within 24 hours of placing your order and after that you will receive your invoice every year, approx. 14 days before the end of your billing cycle. Depending on the payment you selected, the amount will either be charged automatically through your credit card, or you will pay using a PayPal link or SEPA transfer.
If you selected the monthly payment plan, you will be billed each month when your hosting package renews and you will receive an invoice as soon as the amount due was charged from your credit card. Please note that I only accept credit card payments with automatic charging for monthly payment plans.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
By default, you can pay your hosting plan via credit card (recurring payment). Alternatively, you can either pay by wire transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. I can also set up a recurring payment for you in PayPal – then you will never have to worry about remembering to pay on time.
DOES MY HOSTING PACKAGE EXPIRE?
Please note that your payment has to reach me by the date specified in the invoice. Otherwise, I reserve the right to set your WordPress website into maintenance mode. See my Terms of Services for further information.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you do not wish to renew the hosting contract, you must inform me at least 7 calendar days prior to the renewal date by email. Billing cycles have a duration according to the plan you selected: monthly or annually.
Your plan renews monthly. You can cancel your hosting package on a monthly basis only after the first three months. Your cancellation notice must reach me by email at least 7 days prior to your renewal date.
Example: You ordered your hosting package on August 20, 2019. You can cancel your hosting package no earlier than on November 13, 2019, with effect on November 20, 2019. After that, you can cancel your hosting package on a monthly basis 7 days prior to the renewal date. Please note that I do not offer any refunds.
If you have ordered a hosting package on an annual plan, you can cancel your hosting package every year. Your cancellation notice has to reach me no later than 7 days prior to the renewal date. Please note that I do not offer any refunds.
When you cancel your hosting package I will shut down your hosting account accordingly at the end of the billing cycle. It is your responsibility that you backup all your important emails by then, otherwise they will be lost. If you have any questions about securing your emails, please contact me. I will gladly assist you in this case, but I assume no liability for lost emails.
