WHY SHOULD I HOST WITH MRS DIVI?
You might ask yourself, why you shouldn’t host with a more popular host. And that is a good question. The answer is simple: Because we are a reseller hoster with one of Europe’s leading hosters, Alfahosting.
They have been in business since 1999 and have since won multiple awards. Tanya started hosting her first website with them in 2007 and became a reseller partner in 2012.

And while it would be a bit cheaper to host with Alfahosting directly or most other big hosters, the complete package you get from us saves you quite an amount of money over time. Plus, you will never have to deal with the tech side of your hosting. Just enjoy a website that works and emails that are delivered reliably.
How fast can my website be up and running?
Once your order is placed, we will have a chat where we collect the data we need to register or transfer your domain, as well as some basic info to set up your hosting account, such as the email address(es) you wish to use.
After we’ve successfully registered your domain, we will meet again (online) to walk you through the content we need for your website and preferences regarding the design.
Depending on how fast you send us all your information, we can have your website up and running in no more than 48 to 72 hours.
What does a 1-page website look like?
If you need any customization beyond this point or if you want a custom made website, we can talk about that, too. But then we also need to talk about money.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HIT DATA LIMITS?
In that case, we’d congratulate you because it would mean that you and your business are doing super good! But nothing really bad can happen. For example, you will be notified in due time before your inbox is full. You can then either delete old emails you no longer need, have us increase your quota, or you can easily upgrade your package at any time.
As for disk space, we monitor that closely to avoid problems. So far, no website on our servers has ever come close to reaching storage limits.
HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
By default, we offer an annual plan. You will be billed the day you tell us that you want to go ahead with us. We will need you to settle that first invoice before we move forward.
For the next billing cycle, you will receive your invoice about 30 days in advance and you will have to pay that within 15 days in order to avoid any disruptions to your booked services.
If you prefer, we can set up a 3-monthly billing cycle. In that case, your investment would be 4 x 99 Euro (plus VAT if applicable) per year, so 396 Euro.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Just keep in mind that with the recurring payment via Mastercard or Visa, you never have to worry about missing a payment.
Please note: I do accept payment via PayPal, but in that case, I have to add a surcharge of 8% to your billing total.
DOES MY HOSTING PACKAGE EXPIRE?
Please note that your payment has to reach me by the date specified in the invoice. Otherwise, I reserve the right to set your WordPress website into maintenance mode. See my Terms of Services for further information.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your hosting package every year. Your cancellation notice has to reach us no later than 7 days prior to the renewal date. Please note that we do not offer any refunds.
Also keep in mind that even if you are paying your hosting & maintenance with the 3-monthly payment plan, the hosting & maintenance plan is still concluded for the duration of a year.
When you cancel your hosting package we will shut down your hosting account on the day your package expires (usually last day of a billing cycle), unless you instruct us to take everything down earlier.
It is your responsibility to backup all your important emails by then, otherwise they will be lost. If you have any questions about securing your emails, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in this case, but we assume no liability for lost emails.
Also, if you wish that we provide a copy of your website via Dropbox or if you plan to transfer your domain and need the Auth Code, just drop us a line.
And if we have to terminate the plan due to non-settled invoices, I am not obliged to provide a copy of your website or to provide you with an Auth code prior to the auto-expire date for the domain.
